What is the link between LEG CRAMPS and Pulmonary hypertension?

I google Leg Cramps and found Pulmonary hypertension. That term, Pulmonary hypertension is also listed on the page for Scleroderma which I am being tested for. I am curious if there is an indication that my leg cramps may be part of a bigger circle.

OK. Leg cramps can be caused by a plethora of problems from minor to major. But you are only asking about Pulmonary Hypertension.
First, Pulmonary Hypertension (Cor Pulmonale) is most often associated with severe lung disease which makes the right heart work much harder to pump blood to the Pulmonary capillary bed. This causes the blood to “back up” into the whole venous system causing swelling most often seen first in the legs but is happening all over the body. The swelling can cause poor circulation to the muscles of the legs which can instigate cramps.
This is an unlikely scenario for you. It’s kind of like having a headache and assuming it’s brain cancer.
Increase your intake of electrolytes like Potassium, Calcium, magnesium and it should go away. If not consult your doctor so he/she can investigate it properly.
