Best consult a doctor/physician. You could try analgesic Balm/creams for external pains.

high blood pressure
tylenol is usually what is recommended for long term use, but ask your doctor or pharmacist (especially if you plan to take it on a daily basis for some time, ask first) to make sure you arent taking other medications with tylenol because it is put in combo with a lot of things (other names for it include acetominophen, APAP, etc) and too much can cause liver damage
NSAIDs (like advil and aleve) as lori said above are probably ok if youre just taking it for a headache here and there but are one of the worst things you can take w/ high BP if youre doing it on a daily basis long term

400 to 600 mg Advil (2 to 3 pills), with a full glass of water taken with a meal or milk will help prevent stomach problems. If you have bleeding issues or take aspirin or other blood thinners then only Tylenol should be used. Check it out with a Doc if the person is over 60 or under 12 years old.

NOT advil (or any antiinflammatory). It raises the blood pressure. Acetaminophen (tylenol) is better if you don’t have liver problems or too much alcohol use.
