Pliz help high blood pressure?

One of my friends blood pressure is 212/141, but he is not feeling any pain or symptoms, has been to the doctores, is prescribed with some medication, but when checked again today its more than last check. he is not even sick, first i thought the machine could be faulty but tried two different machine with different readings but 200 plus.
what could be the reason for this?
is there any other roblem that could read this amount of blood pressure?
he though has some fungal rashes on his arm, anyone who has gone thru this, pliz give some advise, he is working also.

High blood pressure is called the silent killer. There are usually no symptoms. If his BP is still high after taking prescribed medicine, he should go back to his doctor and try a different drug. He is going to pop an artery with BP that high.
