No, sounds like you have no tolerance for heat and aren’t sweating enough. Drink more water, that will help.

where were you when you experience that. if youre under the sun, or it is extremely hot, then it might be heat stroke. iif you’re BP is high you feel a nape numbness, headache, blurring of vision. just to be sure regularly check your BP,

Sounds more like heat stroke. I get it once in a while while roofing on really hot days to a point where I’ve passed out (luckily on the ground). Some people not prone to high temperature suffer them more frequently when it gets hot out.
HPB, you pulse is racing non-stop and your heart is working twice as hard as it should be, thus, can be fatal.
