Not necessarily. It is do to retaining fluid. Your baby may actually be pushing on your lymph nodes therefore causing some swelling in your lower extremities. Put your feet up and relax that baby will be here in no time. FYI- your baby could have dropped further into position for delivery! You may notice some swelling in your bottom too. Don’t worry you may have been on your feet more than you realized. An early congratulations!
