dahveed_ben_israel asked:

I have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure, but I train in the gym 5 days a week. The medication makes me sleepy, and I need something I can safely take for energy. Any suggestions will be helpful!

Sweating is the best. Dandelion can replace some medicines. It is a root from the health food stores.

Do not take Allopathic medicine for high b.p. as it has lot of side effects. My Ayurvedic medicine SHIVA AMRITA can cure you.
    1. Take 20ml Amla juice mix it with normal water (if over weight take in hot water) empty stomach in the morning.
    2. Breakfast or pre breakfast : 1 tablespoon black raisins, 2 tablespoon roasted chana, 7 pcs. of gurbandi badam giri, 3 black pepper & a glass of milk.
    3. Do pranayam in the morning, walk in the evening
    4. Do meditation
    5. Increase ginger, garlic in your food
    6. Leave stress (bad stress. Good stress is good for future career)

    high blood pressure

Medications force the blood pressure down, but don’t address the cause of high blood pressure.

Blood pressure is affected by small smooth muscles that line the inside walls of your blood vessels.

Under normal conditions when these muscles are relaxed, your arteries operate like soft rubber tubes that expand with each beat of your heart, and your blood pressure remains normal.

When these muscles tense up, the arteries become narrower, more rigid and less flexible.

Under these conditions the heart has to beat harder to keep the blood flowing through narrowed arteries which raises pressure.

If these muscles are tense all the time, the blood pressure will remain high. This is called hypertension!

Magneisum is a main ingredient to cause the muscles to relax. It needs to be a natural vitamin however, too often what you find in the stores are laboratory made.

The best form of magnesium I found is called FoodForm. I found that there is a formula with their magnesium which is made to lower blood pressure.

You can read about it at

your blood preassue will go down if you hydrate your body with alkalized water – check your drinking water pH level, it should be 8 or 9 pH – any water below 7 is unhealthy. Never drink soda, power drinks or vitamin waters as they are all acidic. (pH 5,5 or lower).all (reverse osmosis) bottled water is acidic and should be avoided especally if you have high blood pressure or are diabetic.
