I have high blood pressure all of a sudden?

Hello I am 27 yrs old, and i went a down a physical test for a job, and he said i had i blood pressure, that day i got 4 hrs of sleep, and didnt have anything to eat, is that the reason, well i check it again, and it was high again. what is wrong with me? what is causing me to have it?

Yes you can have high blood pressure at 27 years old it’s not something you can control yourself.Some times loosing weight can control high pressure and less stress can help.

need not worry. i have a friend who’s age is same as yours. he’s under medication, not that he’s gonna die any minute coz of high blood pressure (BP), but according to his doctor, there are jus some people with high normal BP, do you understand what i mean? but he takes these medicines regularly to normalize his BP. my friend’s normal BP happens to be in the extreme high bracket. and believe me, he doesn’t feel any discomfort unlike those who have symptoms when their BP increases. what you have to find out is your normal BP- so that you may know when your BP is beyond its limits.

During stressful condition your BP gets raised which is absolutely normal but idf you are having persistent high blood pressure at the age of 27 then you have to undergo some tests to rule out its cause.
Consult your Dr he may advice you kidney function test ………
