How to get of DIOVAN high blood pressure medicine?

HELP! my husband is taking DIOVAN for high blood pressure, how can i get him off of that as it is causing him a lot of serious side effects, his doctor says see another doctor since we do not live near the doc who prescribed him the meds.

Please help get him off of this bad drug!

Also can DIOVAN cause mood swings and Bad Tempers??
