I went to the doctor (not primary doctor) and they checked my blood pressure and it was high. They said it may be a moment thing because I was nervous so I’m seeing my primary doctor in a few weeks for a full check up. I’m not overweight and have not had any major health issues that I know of as of yet. So I’m very puzzle and nervous because I think I’m too young to be have high blood pressure.

What is causing my high blood pressure? This past year, I’ve exercised the most in probably all of my life (and have lost weight, too).

There were a couple of instances where I had my blood pressure done and they all came back high. However, all three instances, I was nervous…could that have been to blame?

I’ve completely eliminated soda from my diet (lately, 2 weeks) I was drinking about 7 cans a day (diet, yes, i know) will this help?

Went to a health screening today and my BP checked at 142/100 or something like that. I am overweight but have been exercising by jogging on my treadmill 4.5 mph for 35-40 minutes 3 – 4 times a week.
