Not really.  The symptoms you are experiencing are probably just attributed to menstruation, unfortunately.  Many people think that menstruation is actually BLEEDING, when it&#039;s not.  It&#039;s the sloughing of the uterine lining, which is rich with small capillaries etc.  Your blood pressure does not affect your menstruation.</description>
