I’m sure you’re fine if you’ve been off for 7 years now. As long as your health is excellent and you don’t have any problems now, you’re ok.

high blood pressure
Back When i went to meps I had both High Blood pressure (160/100) and high heart rate (120). So i was temporarily Disqualified. I just had to get a doctor to write a note saying that my blood pressure and heart rate was not harmful to me, in my case the doctor wrote a note saying i had white coat syndrome (nervous around doctors) and so i got a waiver If it is stable now, and you can test under the requirements you will get through without a waiver, or else if you test high , you will be temporarily disqualified and like i had to get a reading 3 days in a row, 3 times each day of good readings…if you cant get all of them under the requirements, like i couldnt i had to go to the doctor, as i mentioned earlier….
Hope my experience helps you some
