Already identified high blood pressure but not pre eclampsia?

I’m 24+4 and am a little worried about some symptoms i currently have.
I saw my midwife nearly 3 weeks ago who told me had high blood pressure but no protein in urine so not pre eclampsia – yet. I saw the nurse last week for a follow up who said BP bottom figure had fallen slightly and although was still high GP was not concerned.
Since the weekend I’ve had a headache I can’t shift (trying to avoid painkillers), I’m getting occasional floaters in my vision and often when I look suddenly in a different direction it seems as if I’m half asleep (my perception through my vision).
I am also very lethargic, nauseous, suffering with heartburn and getting pins and needles in my lower legs (haven’t had legs crossed or elevated).
I am seeing the midwife again next tuesday for my 25week appointment but in the mean time would like some advice. I know bubs is OK as i can feel movement very rregularlywhich is normal. i am also resting, currently not at work spending most of the day with my feet up in front of the TV.

Went to emergency doctor last night BP was 108/76 so high for me but not too bad and no protein in urine. Thinks i may have a throat infection. Anything else?

If you are seeing spots, and have a headache, these are the number one signs(as well as proteinuria-protein in your urine) of pre-e. I would suggest since the headache has not gone away to go to a doctor now bc this suggests your bp is very high. They may put you on meds if you’re not allready,and if you are, discuss other options with you. but it is not good for you or baby for you to have bp so high its causing you to see spots/blurred vision and have a a headache. I suggest not waiting and going onto the hospital bc not to scare you, but, I had the same thing, only not too bad of a headache and just a few little spots and on meds my bp was 200/119 which is way over stoke/seizure level.
