I went to the doctor (not primary doctor) and they checked my blood pressure and it was high. They said it may be a moment thing because I was nervous so I’m seeing my primary doctor in a few weeks for a full check up. I’m not overweight and have not had any major health issues that I know of as of yet. So I’m very puzzle and nervous because I think I’m too young to be have high blood pressure.

There were a couple of instances where I had my blood pressure done and they all came back high. However, all three instances, I was nervous…could that have been to blame?

I’ve completely eliminated soda from my diet (lately, 2 weeks) I was drinking about 7 cans a day (diet, yes, i know) will this help?

Went to a health screening today and my BP checked at 142/100 or something like that. I am overweight but have been exercising by jogging on my treadmill 4.5 mph for 35-40 minutes 3 – 4 times a week. Is this dangerous because I’m assuming that my blood pressure would even go higher than 142/100 when I’m jogging.

My boyfriend a week ago today was hit by a car he is in the hospital but doing fine. Nothing major. Well he does have a clot in his brain and there whatching that. other then that nothing else.

Well he has been having high blood pressure latley and its not his kidneys or anything else. I heard that getting off drugs could raise your blood pressure. But its not like he does crack or heroin. Could the stopping of a week of not smoking weed cause his high blood pressure?
